Top 10 movies of 2017

Hey everyone, my name is Anthony and welcome back to the countdown.

2017 movies are rather more than average. We have some good movies that are promising that went good. But others are easily fall flat for the potential.

From before, i made my list movies that are average to forgettable that didn't make on my main list. Go check it out if you want. https://blackevil915.deviantart.com/journal/Honorable-Dishonorable-mention-movies-of-2017-722528009

So, i pick 10 movies that i liked when i watched. Like i said before from my "Honorable/Dishonorable mention list", i have to start to "meh" to "Wow" movies for my appeal. And some movies like "The Founder" and "Sings" didn't count, because both of them came out last year since i watched them in this year.

But, if some of your favorite movie didn't make on my list, let me known the comment bellow.

So lets get started, shall we?

Number 10: Ghost in the shell 2017

This one may or may not have potential, due to the obvious controversies that i don't know why people complain for nothing. Like, im ok to have Scarlett Johansson as "Major Kusanagi", because race doesn't matter when she's a cyborg of anti-terrorist group called "Section 9". So stop take the blame over the movie with desperate attention to have Asian actor, they'll never listen and they'll doing best for their business, whether its good or bad.

Despite the "whitewashing" is like a salt on my wound, the movie may looks cool with impressive design of the city, great action and the acting are pretty good. But the story is rather average of confusion, some characters are forgettable for no development and having a name change to our hero Motoko Kusanagi to "Mira Killian" is just plain stupid. Like the movie would've been better without the naming "Ghost in the Shell", it would've been some kind of anthology or a spin-off the series. Kinda like "Halloween 3" ,which it was originally to be a sequel from two previous movies, but changed to anthology film, but not that good.

Anyway, i like the movie, but not as great that i'd rather throw it away for honorable mention, it makes my reason to put on Number 10, because at least the production and action scene looks great. Unlike "Death Note Netflix", which is a big fat flop to me... (And no, i still didn't subscribe Netflix... ^^;)

Number 9: Cars 3

The first movie had a potential, but it ended up as above average movie, i like it, but understandably a bit boring, Cars 2 is Pixar's biggest weakest film they've ever done which im glad i didn't watch.

And here we have another one which we don't know why we have another, but it ended up to a shocking potential we saw a teaser. Ever since they released the teaser, we were very concerned about our main hero Lightning McQueen, is he dead or incredibly wounded?

Well, when the movies came out, i think i can agree its pretty good than two previous movie, what i know the racing is getting a new level with hybrid cars much like in real life races like F1, where McQueen been a veteran racer, he was struggling win the race against the big rookie named "Jackson Storm". Even though the story feels a bit the same as the first one, but they add the drama for the reason why McQueen is getting old for his racing career over the years. I understand that, but it focused too much on him, despite we introduce a new protagonist named Cruz Ramirez, which i think she's easily likable on the movie, since she dreamed to be a racer, but lack of confident.

The story is pretty good, the animation looks much like before but update and some characters are interesting, but some are either forgettable or even useless. I like first and three and i still hate the second one. Oh well, i can't wait when Pixar made a sequel of "The Incredibles" next year.

Number 8: The Lego Batman movie

When i first saw it, i find it an average movie which it would've been good. But looking back at it, i can understand a why many people love this movie.

Its not just about Batman, the villains or the jokes, its more about family that we sympathize our main hero behind the mask. I mean, we all know how he seeks revenge for his parents get killed from the gunshot. Its almost like we introduce Batman for kids with Lego in nowadays.

The animations looks pretty cool for a CG stopmotion and perhaps a 2D drawing for the expression of the faces. The voice acting and some characters are enjoyable to watch. Though sometimes the jokes was either work or not its either done before or not. But some character is the weakest is The Joker voiced by Zach Galifianakis, i know that we've comparing who's the best Joker, but for Zach's role of Batman's nemesis, i don't think it works for his role and probably forgettable like Jared Leto's role in Suicide Squad.

But hey, at least this movie make on my list that its better than "The Lego Ninjago Movie".

Number 7: Beauty and the beast 2017

The 1991 Beauty and the Beast are one of the most ground breaking Disney film ever done, this is the Renaissance era that we all know and love with other films like "Aladdin", "Hercules", "The Lion King" and the one that started all, "The Little Mermaid". And before you ask, yes i watched the 1991 version before the remake in this year from my television.

Anyway, after the live-action "The Jungle Book" was success, they decided to going back to the second live-action Disney princess, this time with Belle.

The movie itself is trying to be like the original, but it was a mix. The story is pretty much before with extra elements that i like or not, the production and designs looks not bad (Even though the Beast's looks is above average), the characters are not bad, but not as fresh than before, though Emma Watson, Dan Stevens, Ewan McGregor and Ian McKellen did a nice work for their roles. As for the songs, they're pretty good, but once again, not as fresh than before.

And of course, i had a rant about a characters relationship of Gaston and LeFou, because many people criticized for a gay character, which i was very pissed for homophobic. But some are defending him for the support of LGBT, but the damage was already done with some theaters outside US and Canada were banned for same reason. However, i heard Disney is gonna make another Disney princess with LGBT, so maybe it'll be interesting?

Whether you love or hate it, this is a remake that i may enjoy it.

Number 6: Star Wars: The Last Jedi

After two years from "The Force Awakens" we finally get to see how's going on for Rey and Luke Skywalker, and the result, it was a big disappointment for the fans like me.

The plot is probably turning into a flip-flop whether we focus on Rey's training with Luke or perhaps a cheap subplot where Finn and his female partner trying to find a Codebreaker about the tracking device that went never happen in the third act. Not only that, but some of the characters are probably "turning away" that it focused on Rey, Luke, Kylo Ren/Ben Solo, Snoke(?) and maybe Finn.

But, at least some of the actions and production looks fantastic like before, like an interesting location choice for "Ahch-To" and "Crait". (except for Porg, they're annoying me) Even though some characters turned forgettable, but some that i liked. Not only that, which as i stated before, this considered to be the final film with Carrie Fisher when she died after completing her acting.

It may not be successful, but its a not bad movie that i watched. But like i said, hope for the better in Ep. 9.

Number 5: Wonder Woman

After three DCEU films went bad, the DC fans (including me) are begging to see a good DCU film in the big screen. As a result, they finally done better.

The story it pretty much what you expect, its basically an origin for how Princess Diana was born in her home island of Amazon and became a powerful warrior known as "Wonder Woman" and leaving her island to facing at World War 1. I know its simple yes, but at least it has a good development.

The action scene are fantastic to look for her gears and her ability, the production looks descent like Wonder Woman's out and the appearance of the villain Ares. The filming location looks and fit nicely which again, it takes place on WWI. some characters are pretty good to see, especially it has a development with Diana and Steve Trevor. But the downside is that some characters like the Amazons have only appeared in the first act, which i wish if they could've make a bit more to feel how Diana's going.

It would've good to be higher in my list, but some other Superhero movies done good than this one. No offense DC fans...

Number 4: Spider-man Homecoming

This one is difficult that i wanted to picked it up in the podium, but i had to drop it to 4 with some flaws.

But, its actually an interesting Spider-man movie in MCU with great actions, production, a nice costume appearance (except Iron Man's suit in this movie) and enjoyable acting.

For the story its about where Peter Parker is like an apprentice to become an upcoming member of The Avengers, he is a young hero to save the neighbors and perhaps busy in school. Even though i know its another question who's a better role of Superhero movie like Batman. For me, though Tobey Maguire's role is great one that i remembered when i was young and Andrew Garfield is rather above average to "meh...". As for Tom Holland in nowadays, i think it fits in as a teenage boy turned into hero from radioactive spider. And the villain, Adrian Toomes/ Vulture is a likable villain, which at first he's started as an innocent man with Parker, but other times he want him to die as a "Vulture" and Michael Keaton is surprising, which after after nearly thirty years of his role of Batman, he reversed himself as a villain, but he's still doing a great job for his role. While Iron Man is there, but im pretty he's more like as a mentor, but still Robert Downey Jr. is still doing great job.

But the downside is that some other characters are despite some are good, but otheres are rather fleshed out, especially with Zendaya as "The Not Mary Jane", aka Michelle Jones. I mean, they would've give a development, but they're just there. But except for Peter's gamer buddy named "Ned", he's rather interesting one.

Spider-Man Homecoming, It may not be "Amazing", but its still great to see our friendly neighborhood back on the big screen with MCU.  Twice...

Number 3: Thor: Ragnarok

Yup, another MCU film in my list, but this time in podium.

As a third installment of Thor, this one is easily superior than two previous, which it got changed to have fun, as Chris Hemsworth admitted that its getting stale after previous films he's ever role as Thor that he wanted to change for experiments with Kevin Feige. As a result, it worked well.

The story is pretty good that i can tell, which i can accept for the change, Thor lost his mighty Mjolnir by Hela and he was taken to the prison on Sakaar in order to find the way back home to dealing against Hela. And the subplot where The Incredible Hulk is back in the arena that i was very surprised that he's returned since The Avengers and Mark Ruffalo returned to playing as big green machine.

Once again, the action scene are awesome, especially the third act or even the arena scene with Thor vs Hulk. The production is outstanding for the designs of the suits, the background and motion capture as well.

It was a great sequel that it earned the spot in podium.

Number 2: Coco

Back then, its not easy to tell if its good or bad after the release of "Book of life" or perhaps debatable for cultures whether its ok to release the movie or not, with the result...   This film was succeed!

For the story is about Miguel where he was dreamed to be a musician, but his family don't let him do that because of bad past from the divorce. However when he went to the cemetery to playing a guitar, he was accidentally transported into the land of the dead, despite he meets his dead parents in the land, he wanted to see his great-great-grandfather about the song and perhaps hang out or something.

I find the story itself is well-written and emotional which we understand that we wish that we can reunite our past parents that we will never forget in our memory. The animation by Pixar did a great job for the colorful background and creative designs of deceased people in the land of the dead. Which they claimed that animating a skeleton character is a difficult level for the lack of muscle system for their different form, but they did an effort work. The music in the movie is pretty good to listening, especially if you like to listening with mariachi band.

And yes, before that, we have "Olaf's Frozen Adventure", which although its good, but geez, 21 minutes before this movie? How they thought will be a good idea for this? It was annoying and wasted that Disney had to removing it and put on TV special, which it deserves it. than put it in the film.

Anyway, the film itself was great, but it didn't make on number one for specific reason. This one may be "The best film of 2017", no no no... It was easily considered as "The best animated film of 2017", i love it for emotional story, good characters, colorful animation and the Mexicans will love it as well.

And now, my Number 1 best film of 2017 was...

Number 1: Logan

This one is not only considered as the "best film" or even "Best superhero" film of the year, but its also a dedication for our favorite actor who played Wolverine for the last time after 17 years with nine films. (Even though i haven't seen some of Wolverine films, but i watched some clips but pretty good and promised.)

For the story, its more about a life to death to Logan where he's getting old and his healing ability that he lives with Caliban and his mentor Charles Xavier who's having a brain disease to causing a seizure for losing his control of his mind ability, leaving Logan, Caliban and Professor X all alone as the last X-Men. But they meet Laura to keep her safe according to a former nurse Gabriela Lopez before she was killed. Its up to Logan has to take care Laura from Donald Pierce and his group Reavers.

The story itself although its simple, but it also give emotional ride that like i said, Logan has going to be in serious time before his death to keep Laura, because without his healing ability and his dying age, it will be tragedy for our hero. The production is fantastic (no pun attended) for action, the abilities and the effects. The filming location are beautiful and interesting choice for the safe location or even action scene. The characters are likable and well developed, especially for great acting like Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Stephen Merchant, Boyd Holbrook and few others.

And as we all know that i mentioned before (But Spoiler!!!), this was considered to be final film where Jackman playing as Wolverine and also possibly the final role of Stewart as Charles Xavier, which both of them died peacefully and emotionally. I mean when i saw them died, i bowed my head in sad which i understand for their final role, they deserve to be killed off and moving on.

With emotional story, great action scene with Rated R for violence and sympathetic character that we love back then, this film made my good reason to be on number 1 best film of 2017...

I hope you guys don't cry at the end of my countdown, because man, it was emotional ending that i wrote.

Well, so this ends of my countdown, because next year, il finish my top list of video games of the year. And for the good moments of 2017, i decided to scrap it for my difficult thoughts.

Thanks for reading, and im Anthony, signing out.

Top 15 controversial moments of 2017

Warning: The following countdown contains strong language and sensitive contents. Readers description is advised.

Hey everyone, my name is Anthony and welcome back to my countdown.

From last time, i talked about where 2017 is another bad year since 2016, with bad political and all kinds of Bullshit.

Not to mention, i started with honorable mentions that they didn't on my main list. So, here's a link if you wan to check it.

So everyone, just to tell you, what you're about to read is about to get controversial with horrible politics, a sad ending and a whole lotta drama in the internet. Like i said, if some of your moments of 2017 didn't make on my list, let me know in the comments bellow.

So lets dive in of the "Top 15 controversial moments of 2017", shall we?

Number 15: The end of MSPaint

Over the years, we really like to drawing when we're young, especially with papers. But as the time went big for technologies in the 90's Microsoft added their paint application, or "MSPaint" that we like to call.

Well, MSPaint was first introduced in 1985 on Window 1.0. Even though we never heard of until the late 90's to millennium. Which it became a big app that we like to draw to become a artist for entertainment.

As time went, it started to getting old that many people is making a drawing software for a new level what we have, like Gimp, Paint.Net, Photoshop, FireAlpaca and even Microsoft's brand new drawing app, "Paint 3D".

According to "Paint 3D", it was supposed to be a replacement of MSPaint, which i can easily understand why they made a new one. So, they wanted to killing off our old friend that started all.

But, i heard they'll bring it back in Microsoft store for free if we want it back or not. Which makes the good reason why its on Number 15. I mean, i always remember using it when i was young, because i like to draw something to share with everyone in various site like DeviantArt.

Number 14: The end of Lego Dimensions

Yup, another toy franchise died out when i first purchased in early 2017 after the ending of "Disney Infinity".

For those you don't know, "Lego Dimensions" is another game with toys come to life concept, but with Lego. But its not just a Lego, its a Lego with crossover of cultures like Batman, Lord of the Rings, The Lego Movie, The Simpsons, Harry Potter, DC universe heroes, Adventure Time and Teen Titans Go.

*but interrupted by the haters with various weapons at me*

Ok people, i know you're overly hated the show so much in Cartoon Network, especially you desperately want "Steven Universe" in the game. Even though i bought Beast Boy/Raven and Starfire, but its not my fault for the idea, its the TT games and Warner Bros's idea for the license from Cartoon Network, its their decisions for a permission, ok?

*The haters move away from me*

Thank you...   Anyway, after making 9th wave with Teen Titans Go, Beetlejuice and... *sigh*  "Powerpuff Girl 2016", we expect for their 10th wave right?  Sadly, they decided to stop making more concepts of Lego Dimensions. According to them, they claimed that they have a financial issues for the contract permission for more characters from various cultures. In other words, they've no enough profit since they sold plenty of specific packages of stories, team and single packs over the years since they started in 2015.

So after 2 years, they decided to pull the plug and moved on. Its a real shame, since i also like this toy-to-life series, since i like to collecting the mini-figures for collections. But maybe if they'll comeback if they have enough money for sequel or not. Only time will tell for Traveler Tale games and Warner Bros Interactive...

Number 13: Overdose of Fentanyl

To be fair,i mostly like to talk about some that are controversial that involving political, the attack, the internet, the closings, but i never talking about the drugs.

Over the years, we've seen plenty of median that many people are probably having addiction of drugs like heroine, cocaine, weeds and the worst of all, Fentanyl.

This drug is probably nearly 50 times worst than Heroine and 100 times strong than morphine, which not just the addiction, but its the cause of pain and death for the people at nearly all over the world. The most infamous example is a late musical star named "Prince" which he died from Fentanyl or even the one who recently died with the same drug named "Lil Peep" in this year.

But the damage isn't done yet, not only it caused thousands of people died in US for the past three years in 2016, even my home country Canada isn't safe from "pain-killer". According to the incident in January to April, they're over 368 death from the overdose of Fentanyl in British-Columbia, Canada.

Thats the big problem for the overdose of drugs like Fentanyl, it was time to make a new level to tell that using drugs is a huge risk for addiction almost all over the world. But sure, we may using drugs to get rid of pain, but in reality, it makes anyone being addicted.

And before you ask, no, im not addicting of drugs or even being a pothead. I don't like doing drugs of smoking pot or snoring a "nose-candy".

Number 12: Kathy Griffin's allege death threat

I can easily understand that US turning into huge risk because of Donald Trump, but il get to that later.

Anyway, we've seen plenty of skits and parodies that many people make fun of Donald Trump for how bad he is as a "President of America". The most famous is Alec Baldwin portrayed as The Donald in Saturday Night Live based on the presidential campaign of last year and the inauguration. Which he surprisingly won Primetime Emmy award third times in this year.

But then you have another comedic person who took a new level of dissing Trump. Meet Kathy Griffin, a comedian actress who's known with her own reality show, being a supporting role and an activist of LGBT.

However, she had plenty of controversies with award show, the theater and few others. But none of them went so far from this year, which at May 30, 2017, she made a video on Instragram and Twitter with a decapitated head Donald Trump with her quote "I caption this 'there was blood coming out of his eyes, blood coming out of his…wherever", which it was a reference of Trump's post at NBC journalist Megyn Kelly.

After it was posted, it received thousands a negative comments that her idea is too far in social media. Because of that, she's easily losing some of her business. CNN fired her from New Year's Eve broadcast with Anderson Cooper for shocking reason and she also get dropped by Squatty Potty as a marketing spokesperson.

I mean, that doesn't make any sense for make fun of Trump with serious level. Like you can't make a violent or death threat joke of the president. Thats like if anyone make a joke of 9/11 where the pilot was Fucking drunk to the World Trade Center!

Jesus Christ almighty, i felt that many people are trying way to hard for the joke, but in reality, they took either stupid and offensive that ruin the business.

Except for Alec Baldwin, he's more fun a clean for his portrayed. But, i hate "The Boss Baby"...

Number 11: UK is got a lot disaster from terrorists

Now this one is a decision between US or UK to go in higher list, but i decided to pick UK's multiple incidents on Number 11, which it could be even worse in US.

Anyway, we've ever expecting if the ISIS will stop attacking everyone in Europe after 2016. But nope, they're still attacking Europe, which i felt that we're gonna making "WW3".

They're nearly thousands of people who died from the tragedy struck from London bridge of 8 victims to Parsons Green bombing with over 30 injuries and no death.

But the worst of all, is the bombing attack on Manchester during the concert with Ariana Grande. The attacker took the attack with his nail bomb that it cause more than 500 people got injured and 22 deaths, especially the attacker killed himself during the bombing.

Even though that he's a British, but it was revealed that he had a contact with ISIS for the bombing plan for the whole time.

Im easily feel sorry for the people in UK with so many damages, injuries and death from the terrorism from Islam. I mean, if only that the Europe have a plan to protecting their countries against ISIS, or otherwise it'll going to make a new World War...

Number 10: Anthony Padilla left Smosh

Now, i have to pick this one in the list, because its the one for not just controversies, but also the sadness changing of my childhood since i was a fan of Smosh. But im not sayings its bad, but its just that everything change for the future of Smosh.

Smosh was first introduced in 2002 where Anthony Padilla create his own site and an old account of Newgrounds.com. Then he met Ian Hecox in sixth grade science class and they became a good friend each other to becoming a duo stars when Youtube was first opened in 2005 with their lip sync Mortal Kombat, Power Rangers, Ninja Turtles and most famous of all, Pokemon.

As time they went, they're focusing to making comedy sketches in series like "If (Blank) are real", "Every (Blank) Ever", "That Damn Neighbor" and of course "Food Battle". They also made musics which they're fun and entertaining like "Boxman".

Then after they started independent, they became a popular Youtube Duo with more plans like "Shut Up! Cartoons", creating their official app, bringing new members of their group and even their own movie in 2015 and "Ghostmates" on YouTube Red in 2016.

Then after 12 years, everything went change that i've never noticed. On June 14, 2017, Anthony Padilla, the one who created Smosh, announced that he's packing up to leaving Smosh, mainly because he was focusing his own videos in his channel. When i heard that, i was shocked and pretty sad, i mean, i enjoyed Smosh's videos thats its fun and entertaining. But, they decided to moving on that Anthony is doing his own videos. Which, i understand why he likes to do with other stuff, despite he's having a problem of panic attack. Even though he's still a good friend with Ian.

As for Smosh?
Well, they're not gonna die, they're still making videos, but im not sure if they're great or not, they're rather average, which it easily lost my interest of Smosh in nowadays. But at least i enjoy to looking back their old videos.

Since we're coming to 2018, we'll find out if Anthony and Smosh will be improved, while he left them. So Anthony Padilla, i hope you'll do your best and hope your life is ok from struggling at panic attack...

Number 9: So many hurricanes!!!

2017 is the year we got natural disaster in June to November, i mean i was scared that we're gonna be the end of the world. But in reality, the hurricanes has been spread all over in Atlantic. But more specifically a bit far from the right from Central America.

It started with tropical storms along with tropical depression. And then Holy Shit there a lot of hurricanes, but most of them are the worsts.

It started with "Hurricane Harvey" that makes a disaster not just in central America, but in US as well with Texas and Louisiana. Which i though we're gonna have one nature disaster, but then there's another one called "Hurricane Irma" but even worse than before, especially damaging Florida and Georgia. Should i stop? Or there's yet another one called "Hurricane Maria" which not only it damaged Puerto Rico, but it also went in Europe.

I mean geez, this is the year where nature hated up for creating multiples of hurricanes. Not to mention the damages of a season hurricane 2017 costs over 300 billion dollars and 464 fatalities. I don't understand why we have plenty of hurricanes in Atlantic. But, i hope it will never be the same next year...

Number 8: DaddyOFive went over the line

For those you don't know, "DaddyOFive was created by a man named "Mike Martin", who's doing a typical family vlog videos with his wife and kids, not much else to say.

But, everything went down to the drama. Where Mike made a prank video with his wife Heather Martin (aka MommyOFive) where they pulled a fake ink prank for their kid named "Cody". After put a fake ink, things turned to the worst where they yelled at Cody so bad until they cleaned up by saying "Its just a prank bra!" and... You know what happened next.

Shortly after the video was uploaded, it received a negative reception with thumbs down and criticism comments. Which you expect that Mike make an apology video after deleted it right?  Nope!
Instead, he made a video they he and his family can't take criticisms at viewers as so-called "Haters" and defending that their "prank videos" is for fun and entertaining their kids. But in reality, everyone decided to looking at DO5's videos we notice some of the videos are most likely abusing kids as a victim like Cody and a daughter named "Emma". But Mike Martin was desperate to delete almost all of his videos, but since this is the internet, we're easily downloading his videos for good reason.

But the one man that it got my attention for DO5's extreme is my favorite user named "Philip DeFranco", he's a Youtube personality and blogger where he's making videos of news event from politics, cultures and others with his opinion and he's a nice man that i can tell, i recommend to check out his channel if you want.

Anyway, after Philip DeFranco made a video about DaddyOFive, Mike Martin that despite he was interviewed with Keemstar's "DramaAlert", he and his wife Heather made an apology video, but then they put the blame at "DeFranco Guy" as if he's like calling him a stalker and attention whore to make Mike look bad from "DeFranco Guy's supporters" with death threats and hate comments, which they wanted to make them look good than Philip DeFranco.

*Insert "You cannot be serious!"*

I mean, What The Fuck, Mike Martin? Why the hell you made video that despite you made an apology to focus in other content, but then you just attacking a Youtube Blogger to make him look bad?  I called it a Bullshit move for his attitude. But the video got deleted yet again that they made another apology video, despite rather positive, but the video is rather cheap.

But you're probably wondering did they even get investigated by "Child Protective Service"? Well, they claimed they've been investigated before the big drama. But again, since this is the internet, we downloaded their old videos to show it for CPS.

As a result, they went to Frederick County Circuit Court for the investigation for what they've done on their videos for abusing Cody and Emma. Oh btw, the two kids that i mentioned are actually not belong to DO5 family. Instead, they belong to the other family, which they're adopted by DO5 with a serious level of his videos. And in the end, Cody and Emma are now separated from DO5 and Mike and Heather were pleaded guilty for child neglect (as in "Abusing their adopted kids".), which means they're sentenced to five years probation or if they break their law, they'll be going in prison for ten years.

In the end, im very happy that Cody and Emma are saved from separation from OFive family. And Mike Martin still making videos, but with comments and rate disabled like a pussy kids. So for my easy favor, don't even bother to check their channel, because you know they've something dirty in the past...

Number 7: So many sexual assault exposed!

As i stated from my honorable mention list, i've nothing against women. I always like to hang out and draw something for fun. Even though we know that like women in serious level.

In most years, we're supposed to have maybe one media where one person who's exposed for sexual assault. But in this year, they're so many people got exposed quickly ever since i looked around in Facebook.

The most notable is that had been told is Harvey Weinstein, who's been exposed that he had a harassment over 80 woman with rape, assaulting or others.

At first, i didn't care very much on Harvey, because he's rather the most forgettable business man of his own company. And ironically, he was fire by his own company and few others that he got lost, which he was taken to investigation. But, you expect that is all that he'll be the only one got exposed right?

Wrong! There over hundreds of articles many people are exposed for a sexual misconduct, like Kevin Spacey, Louis C.K., Dustin Hoffman, John Lasseter, Brett Ratner and many more of them

All these exposed of sexual misconduct became a trend known as "Weinstein effect" that many women are jump on the bandwagon for the allegations that most of celebrities are the victim of sexual misconduct.

Again, it would've been ok that Harvey is the only one got exposed. But no, almost everyone have an allegation of sexuality of raping, assaulting and many more that it gets tiring easily. Like, i am so sick and tired of all this Bullshit trend across the media with the same truth/story over and over and over and over over and-- God stop it!! Get to the point!!!

Its like the whole world of men and women hate each other for misconduct reason for losing businesses and other stuff that we want to be nice and quiet, but no, everyone is fight each other for harassment and Bullshit!!!

God...    That trend really hurts my brain...  I mean, i could've easily pick this on podium, but i had to go on Number 7, because i've seen something got even worse than this...

Number 6: Pewdiepie felt from the grace two times

Im sure some of you probably known about Pewdiepie, he's one of the biggest Youtuber over the years when he was first introduced in 2010 with over 57 million subscribers, making him as the Number 1 most subscribed user of all time on Youtube.

Personally, i used to be a fan of him, but i decided to moving away from hims that most of his contents are bellow average with some same jokes and some offence one.

But like DaddyOFive, everything went down of hill where a few months ago, Pewdie made a joke with jews with Anti-Semitic on Youtube, that resulting a buttload of media that he made the most controversial joke. But one company called "Wall Street Journal" went more towards negative to comparing him to Hitler or even Donald Trump. I mean i know what he did but come one, it just comes off as overreacting for WSJ. For me, i don't know why he pulled a racism joke with the jews, it just comes off as "Crossed the line". Not only he made a bad joke and been explained by the media to make him look bad, but he also got stripped by Maker Studio for his network deal and being canned by Youtube for his second season of "Pewdiepie scare".

But the drama doesn't stop there, which at few months later, while playing a game called "PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds" on livestream, he insulted his opponent as a "Fucking N-word". (Btw, yes, i censored the racial word, because i don't want to offending the black people who reading my top list. But i digress.) This resulting yet another media outcry for his racial slurs on live, especially with some indie developers filed a DMCA for racism reason. Then Pewdie apologized yet again where he quote:

"I'm not going to make any excuses to why it did because there are no excuses for it. I'm disappointed in myself because it seems like I've learned nothing from all these past controversies, (using the slur) was not okay. I'm really sorry if I offended, hurt or disappointed anyone with all of this. Being in the position that I am, I should know better."

The last one part where he quote "should know better", i was like "No Shit Felix, no wonder why your personality went over the top with controversies!". I mean, i know he's trying to be nice since he made a charity, but in reality, he took too much trouble for his new level of his risky jokes and insults. I mean, il never be expected if he got banned by Youtube for life.

Number 5: USA's incident of shooting and racism

USA is turning into a semi-war zone from attack of shooters and protesters (almost), which makes the good reason why put them into a tie.

If you though the attack in Europe from ISIS was bad, well US is not the only one has that, without ISIS.

It was back in October 1 where a man named Stephen Paddock went in Las Vegas, Nevada that he attacked hundreds of people who lived in this place with over 546 injuries and 58 deaths where he held multiple of weapons on his hands. Not to mention that when the police arrived he took his own life, which his motive is easily unknown. I mean, they would've catching him early for his truth or something.

When i looked it up, i was pretty shocked and kinda sad for the people who lived in Las Vegas with injuries and deaths around the locations and hotel. With over 58 deaths, it made Las Vegas shooting as the most deadliest shooting in US history.

But the infamous Las Vegas Shooting is not the only one that damaged the people in US, there's also the protest of racism that most of them takes place before the shooting incident.

Over the time of this year, there are so many people are arguing and fighting at someone for racism reason, which resulting plenty of protest and more. The most notable, is the riot on Charlottesville, Virginia. According to the riot before it happened, many people are proposed to remove a statue of Robert E. Lee, but it has been declined over and over again.

Which resulting the town of Charlottesville turning into a mini war zone with racist including white supremacists, white nationalists, neo-Confederates, Klansmen, neo-Nazis, and many more. they run for attacking someone with some injuries and 3 deaths. The reason for that, its not just for protecting statue, but its all because they're defending Donald Trump that they attack at voters/haters.

I mean, wow, i've never heard anything about the group of racist in "Unite the Right rally" are so bad that they wanted to kill the people of immigrants like Muslims or black people. That doesn't make any sense!

Speaking of the Blacks, ever since we've seen a police brutality last year where every police department attacking African-American, which result that they wanted to stop it, but in mixed level.

It all started where 49ers Football player named Colin Kaepernick sat down and kneeled during the national anthem of US. Which it got so much of attention that many Black Football players jumped in with kneeling against the  police brutality and racial inequality. Which some say its for salute and dedicated the victims, but others saying it was disgraceful for the national anthem with more protest over 200 players doing it against Donald Trump's calling.

You know what this remind us?
It reminds us the podium in Summer Olympic Mexico in 1968, where two African-American athletes saluted in black socks and raise their black gloves in the air. Which they stand for saluting the human rights, but nobody cares about their attention, believing thats its the salute of "Black Power" and both players being expelled for racism reason.

Thats the biggest problem to almost everyone in the world, racism. We are so sick and tired of hearing the blacks being abused and protested that they need to stand for freedom and their political statement. But this year...  Oh boy...  Talk about a waste of faith for the humanity.

The US itself had some attacks for racism and a shocking shooting in Las Vegas that i felt that the Americans is turning into disasters. Once again, lets just hope that the protest of racism and the shooting in US will never happen anymore...

Number 4: Jake Fucking Paul

Oh boy, im off to a good start with this 20 year old star...

Ok, this one toss up between him and another rich-kid named Danielle Bregoli (aka  Bhad Bhabie), because both of them have sharing questionable ways to become popularity.

Though Bhad Bhabie is such a young Bitch star for stealing someone's cars, calling audience as hoes and "Cash me outside!". But it was Jake Paul got sooo much attention that he's an utter douchebag on Youtube.

For those you don't know (or if you don't care), Jake Paul was first started as a Vine star like many former Vine Celebs like Thomas Sanders, Josh Peck, Zach King and my personal favorite, King Bach.

After Vine went to a grave, many Vine celebs moving on to Youtube, including Jake Paul. He was going to be popular for entertainment with fangirls. But this took a new level for his douchebag persona. There are so many list what he did that are so wrong.

Like im sure you know that he and his members of his group called "Team 10" made a song called "Its Everyday bro!", which it was easily considered as the worst song of 2017 with more than 3 million dislikes. Not only that, he made so many disstracks that he had a beef with so many Youtubers like Ricegum and even his brother Logan Paul (Wut?).

Not only he made multiple of disstracks, but he also objectify his members of Team 10 with his pranks and his stupid stunts with "I dab'em haters". Yeah, that makes the reason why we hate Jake Paul for his arrogant, annoying, denial and racist.

again, there so many things what he did is so bad, like where he make fun of one person from Kazakhstan by saying he's working with terrorist and "Send the Nuke!", especially he had plenty of tweets with racial slurs. He exposed an underrated rapper's identity by filming his house, which unacceptable for "Doxing". He falsely accusing Faze Banks for attacking one of his member of Team 10, which Ricky Banks had enough that he's going to sue Jake and Team 10 for the damage, like who said that for innocent people?? He argued about Ricegum's group called "Cloud Gang" with his ego as a "CEO of Cloud Gang" and "A father of Ricegum" (What the fuck dude..??).

And of course, he's absolutely annoying towards neighbors with his pranks, publicity stunts and others, which resulting everyone flocking in front of Jake's old house. Especially one neighbor filled a lawsuit at Jake Paul for obvious reason. But in reality, Jake always acting like he doesn't give fuck like a Fucking kid!

Like i said, i could've easily pick him in the podium, but i had to drop to 4, because i've heard some that got even worse in the podium. I mean, il never be expect if Jake Paul is gonna make a song to Fuck everybody.

Number 3: Adpocalypse

Youtube and Google in 2017 is probably turning into an easy punching bag from the media that they're suffering bankruptcies. But it doesn't mean Youtube is dead, they're still there, but still broken as well...

Right after the incident of UK from ISIS, many users like Philip DeFranco made a video to telling whats going on and dedicated the victims, which we expect the media and the UK politic can support us for tribute right?

Nope, instead, they think Youtube's content is focus more of extremism content, meaning most of entertaining content is non-exist. Which resulting plenty of argument that they said they're promoting politics, terrorism, religious, racism and others are too much for the biggest website over twelve years. Resulting Youtube and Google losing their money from bankrupt and advertisement. Meaning that every Youtubers started to get less revenue for earning money per views.

I mean, i probably feel sorry for almost every users from the embarrassment changing, without the money, free monetization and being targeted as a victim for "breaking the rules", we know they're innocent that they've been attacked by Youtube like Eli the computer guy, Nostalgia Critic, IHateEverything, Philip DeFranco, Casey Neistat and many others in the list.

Not to mention, some of Youtube channels with kids were all banned, because of them are either promoting creepiness, offensive and perhaps pedophilia. Which ok if they belongs to "Youtube Kids". (Even though it didn't matter, because Youtube Kids is not supporting my home country.)

With no revenue of advertisement and hurting the community with extremism, Youtube and Google is turning into a big risk that everyone will get less profit...

Number 2: Net Neutrality in big risk by FCC

We always like to using the internet, for checking videos, buying something from online shop, drawing something, contacting with friends and family and of course, sharing with us for fun and free speech.

But, the internet is in trouble from the companies for shutting down. Back then we fought against a group called SOPA (Stop Online Piracy Act), a group that they're facing the internet for money, but the case was dismissed. Which we expect there's not gonna be the same again, right?

Sadly no, because in late November the new chair man of FCC (Federal Communications Commission) named Ajit Pai decided to killing off Net Neutrality by manipulating the companies works with the internet like Comcast, AT&T and Verizon (And yes, Ajit was formerly working with them.), in order for the vote at December 14 with 2-3 part for voting accept or decline.

But then FCC got three voters accepted that NN was repealed, and everyone who's a NN supporters (including me) are extremely pissed for "Mr. Pain", with protesting that we want FCC get sued.

Thankfully, almost every states of America like New York, Florida, Minnesota, California, Illinois and few others in the list that i retweeted. And yes, i do have Twitter. https://twitter.com/blackevil915

Even NN got repealed, im pretty it still opened, since FCC will easily being taken to the supreme court for violating the congress new law of "Save Net Neutrality act". So the battle is still going and i hope NN is staying open in 2018...

And Ajit Pai, you literally stole the gimmick of "Harlem Shake" and insulting the fanbase of Star Wars. I mean, even Mark Hamill tweeted about Mr. Pain. (Yes, its true.)

And now... The number one worst moment of 2017 goes to...

Number 1: Donald Trump, everything about Donald Trump

Out all the bad moments out there, this so-called "President of America" is easily the salt on the American's wound since he won in late 2016.

Like Jake Paul, there's so many moments for what Donald Trump did as a "President". He's known that he can't take the media that he insulting the media companies as a "Fake news" (like, who said that?), he wanted to get paid by Mexico to building a giant wall for trespassing (Who came up with that??), he wanted get oil for killing the terrorist (like overacting idea.), put the blame of the incidents like racism, posting a lot of stupid tweets, banning some countries like Iran, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Libya, Somalia and Sudan for preventing to go US, and worst of all...    He insulting at Kim Jong Un for bullshit for "furious of fire" and "Rocket man".

I mean good lord, i get to feel the humanity is completely doomed from Trump. He's basically an American version of Hitler, for making wall, insulting other countries and banning immigrants.

In reference of Simon Cowell, from a few years ago, we describe Martin Shkreli as "The worst man in America", but for The Donald, i think he's possibly "The worst man in the world".

For ruining the humanity with banning, insulting, racist, bigot and more Bull-Fucking-Shit he's ever done. Donald Trump is the good reason why he's on my Number 1 the most controversial moment of 2017.

So this ends of my countdown, until next time, il making the new top list of movies and video games of 2017. And maybe some good moments of this year.
Thanks for reading, and im Anthony, signing out.

Top 10 movies of the year 2016

Hey everyone, my name is Anthony and welcome back to my countdown and Happy Very Late New Year everybody!

Last year, i covered my ten controversies moments of 2016 and fives of the best and the worst games of 2016. So now im in the final part, that is the movies.

As you know, its only my pick that i watched. If some of your movie is not on my list, let me know at the comments bellow, i like to know what your movie is about.

Now before il starting with countdown, im gonna start talking about honorable mention and dishonorable mention.

Honorable mention: Race

This film was based on the true story about an African-American athlete name Jesse Owens went to the Olympic in Berlin, however in Germany, it had Nazis to not only hate the Jews, but also hate other races (Well most of them like Japanese, since they teamed up during WW2.). So Jesse has to compete with his fellow Americans to win the event for peace.

To be fair, this movie is not bad, with interesting story, good production and interesting acting. But i find that the story is rather i bit long that i can't wait to see the Olympic and a near beginning of WW2. Even though the story is like nothing special, its just like... Above average.

Although this film was directed by Stephen Hopkins, who's best know that he directed "The Life and Death of Peter Sellers". And Stephan James did a nice work as a old Athlete.

I considered it an average movie if you like Olympic movie or true story movie. If you're asking about my favorite true story movie, i prefer Rush, its a film that i love it so much as a fan of Formula 1.

Dishonorable mention 1: Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice

At first, i though it will be a great movie when i first read on the internet, i jumped in and... Good lord, talk about a waste of time.

The story feels non-exist, the characters could've been likable, the writing is a joke and Zack Snyder could've make something sense about our fav heroes, but it ended up flushing to the toilet.

But, the production looks amazing, the acting is not bad and action scene was awesome. But they could've give us a development to know who they are, but Snyder did a same thing like Man of Steel, its all about the action with less story.

Lets just hope that Wonder Woman movie or Justice League will be better in 2017.

Dishonorable mention 2: Ghostbusters 2016

....

I don't have anything else about it, because this movie is a cancer...   No wonder why this movie had a Box Office Bomb...  Do me a favor, stay away from demonic movie, its not worth it and not worth to have a sequel...

Now i got them out of my way, lets get started my countdown, shall we?

Number 10: Suicide Squad

Don't give me wrong, i understand this movie wasn't as great that what we expected. But its more likely a guilty pleasure movie.

Although the story is interesting, but it doesn't help that the subplot is just a waste, like come on, we already got the relationship between The Joker and Harley Quinn, but we need to focus with the villains dealing against the Enchantress.

The acting is above average at best to say. Will Smith did a nice work as Deadshot, Margot Robbie did a beautiful performance as Harley and Jared Leto is not bad.  I understand some characters are mixed bag, but i find some of them are interesting.

The action scene is fun to watch, although some action like where Suicide Squad dealing with The Joker is, like i said before, a waste of time that this movie is been 2 hours.

My other reason why its in number 10, its because it has some of the songs that are pretty obvious that i listened before like Ozzy Osbourne, Eminem, The White Stripes, ACDC and even The Queen. They could've focus with composure music or even a remix from the internet, instead of borrowing some of the songs from a radio.

If they're gonna make a sequel or a spin-off of it, i hope it would be fun, entertaining and make sense.

Number 9: Star Trek Beyond

Although Star Trek is a descent movie, but like i said last year, im not a Trekkie person, cause im more into Star Wars.

Aside for my opinion, its been 50 years since this movie came out for their anniversary. But the movie was more than above average.

The story is not bad, even it was like separated that its hard to what are we focus on, where Kirk and Chekov has to find the ship, to healing Spock or even others has to save the crews to the rescue.

The production of this movie is fascinating to watch, the backgrounds, the ships, the planet and a cool makeup and effects for the creatures. Which i was expected to giving a 8/10, but in reality that i gave 7.

Some of the characters are interesting, since of of them are reprising for their role. Even though this is the last film with Anton Yelchin when he died with a fatal car crash to the pillar.

Whether your Star Trek fan or not, this is the film where no viewers had gone before.

Number 8: Deadpool

Spoiler Alert, i changed my rating to 7/10, because ... *closing up on you* Don't tell at Deadpool. I liked the movie, but it has a flaws.

Anyway, its really nice to have our favorite Mercenary in the big screen with Ryan Reynolds reprising his role since X-Man origin: Wolverine.

Deadpool himself is like stealing his show for his culture reference, fun action and always doesn't give a F***.

The action scene is fun and entertaining with blood and S***, the production looks good, even though its kinda awkward like the scene where Deadpool fight against Ajax on the fire that you can nearly see his D*** out. I mean i know its an R-rated movie, but at least it has some 4th wall breaking.

But the story could've be original, its pretty much Formulaic where Wade has to save his girlfriend from Ajax's threat and...   Thats it, its just a typical damsel in distress movie. Like, did you play Super Mario Brother a lot, Deadpool?

Oh well, its been quickly announced that they're gonna make a sequel where Deadpool is teaming up with Cable. So lets hope it will be better than before.

Number 7: Rogue One

Ever since that i heard about Rogue One, i was pretty curious about this movie, since it was the first anthology film of Star Wars.

since it came out, it ended up with more above average.

The story about finding the plan to destroying Death Star makes sense since we really want to know how did the rebels found made the plan in "The new hope". But it ended up ruin to have a subplot about Jyn's father where she wants to find him for the reunion. Like, i don't know why they stopped the main plot for her family.

The production is pretty cool, since it came out in 2016 with CGI. I like the makeup of the characters of flashback and some planets are pretty cool and even mention their names to know where our heroes coming in. Well, except for Jedha, its just lame generic desert planet. I mean come on, we got Tatooine and Jakku and then this? No wonder why it got destroyed by Death Star.

Speaking of Death Star, although its too early to showing it that what i expected, but the scene where it blasted the planet to destroy it is pretty damn slow unlike "The new hope" did.

The characters is not easy how im i gonna like, Jyn Erso is alright, since she's our main protagonist. Like come on, "The phantom menace"'s characters is more likable than them!
Sarcastic aside, they did have some good characters like Chirrut Imwe and  K-2SO, i mean they made me enjoyed to see them in action.

The movie was fun, but its not as perfect film. Even though it though this movie was flopped, but it was ironically succeed with more than $700K. So right now, im anticipating to see Episode VIII.

Number 6: Sausage Party

Well Jesus F***, this is a movie that i was surprised that its the first time that i watched an R-Rated animated film.

Though i am aware its an anti-religion movie with foods has to dealing with humans known as "Gods", which they're obviously not a friendly God that we expected, if you saw a controversial trailer. The jokes in this movie is always some adult jokes and swearing. They always cracking me up, especially with baby carrots got killed with "They're eating children!! F***ing Children!!!".

Though i like the concept, but the main plot is kinda like it paused that we introduce some stereotypes of characters (Since some foods came from various countries, i guess its true.) as well with some sexy female foods. (Yes, im looking for you, Brenda Bunson.)

Not to mention, the animation is obviously a parody of Toy Story, but with foods. I find it to be interesting, but even some designs that kinda creep'd me out like the hot dog buns, which they have a mouth in vertical, but other designs wasn't that good, like the design of Taco shell that they have a face on the side. For the humans, they're either generic or even fan-servicy like a woman name Camille Toh.

For me, its probably the most interesting adult film ever made of 2016. Not to mention, they're gonna make a sequel, because... i don't want to tell the truth from the final act.

Number 5: Finding Dory

This one, i could've put it higher in my list, because i find it to be impressive. Well, only my opinion for which films that i love.

Anyway, this is a sequel from the first film Finding Nemo, but in this movie, it focused of our fav amnesiac fish Dory who remembers her family that she's lost in the sea. Well, kinda, since like we all know, she suffered a memory loss.

The animation are gorgeous, since its like an update of the first movie. It has beautiful maps and some cool fish designs, which they did a similar concept of the expression of faces and even how the fishes movies.

The characters are quiet fun. But i always like to watching Dory, she's always my fav fish in the movie, she has a lot of fun moments in the first movie. In the sequel, not only she's fun, but also sympathetic, which i understand why she misses her family for a reunion.

This movie is not only a searching, its more likely a reuniting a family, i like the concept, since we grew up, we always like to looking back of our parents or our old friends. Its pretty touching and understandable. I like that movie.

Number 4: Moana

Talk about a beautiful adventure and a welcome back of Ron Clements and John Musker. Which easily considered their first film in CGI.

Like Rogue One, i was pretty curious about this movie that i though it could be a new Disney princess. But i think it wasn't, since our titular character is more like a daughter of chief.

The story is pretty cool, even though some say that the story feels a bit like other Disney film that they done before, but im ok for that.  Even though people felt its movie in Hawaii, but they're wrong, its a fairy tail film of  Polynesian. and yes, Disney did have their movie of Hawaii, such as Lilo and Stich.

The animation is amazing with realistic feel of water, some cute animal designs and cool character designs. And they even have hand-drawn animation like Maui's tattoo. Well done, Eric Goldberg. Even though that chicken name Heihei looks rather... Derpy.  I guess it kinda explain why Ron Clements called it "A dumbest character in Disney history.".

The characters are likable in the movie. Even though it focused with two. With Moana as a nice and respectful girl and Maui being a muscular and comedic, i find them pretty fun to watch, since this is the debut role of Auli'i Cravalho and better pick role of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

So now im done with Disney, im moving on to two Pixar films like Coco (Which it was inspired on the Mexican's holiday "Day of the dead".) and Cars 3 (Which this one is gonna be different than before when i saw a trailer.).

Number 3: The Jungle Book 2016

After an average live action film of Cinderella, Jon Favreau came back to make his own live action remake of The Jungle Book. The 1967 version was classic that it was a last film that Walt Disney produced before he died in 1966 with throat cancer of smoking. Im pretty sure you all know his tragic death.

Anyway, when the animated one was popular, many directors wanted to cash in to make a movie based on the Kipling's story, like Chuck Jones's "Mowgli's brother" or even a remake one in the 1994 simply called "Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book" that was directed by Stephen Sommers and starred Jason Scott Lee.

But the remake that i liked is the 2016 one and it is fantastic and it followed the book (Well, for about like 80%.). Its about a mancub named Mowgli who's been adopted by Bagheera that he borrowed him to the wolf pack. But not before Shere Khan comes in about mancub in the jungle that he wants to kill him very bad. so its up to Mowgli who's either sent to the village or dealing against the evil tiger.

The story followed with a mixed between the 1967 version and the book. Im very impressed what they did.

The production looks pretty cool of the jungle, despite it was filmed on blue screen for the jungle in LA. The animals looks pretty cool to look at. but some animals design is rather a bit cheap like Bagheera a bit and Kaa for her big eyes, i know they made her a bit similar from the animated one, but that is kinda creepy.

The characters are interesting, like i think Neel Sethi's role of Mowgli is much more interesting than the animated one (No offense fanboys.), he's rather a nice kid to other animals (Well most of them, like where he saved Hathi Jr for the elephants), he can build his invention that the animals called it "Tricks" (Since he's a trickster.) and at least he doesn't whining about the man village. Even though he knews about the Man's traps or Red Flower.

And the others like the animals, although Bagheera is interesting, Baloo is a fun bear (Since he was voiced by Bill Murray), Kaa is kinda disappointed that she only has a small appearance for Mowgli's backstory and the wolf pack and Shere Khan got more appearance than the animated one. Im pretty sure the writer is a big fan of the book, right?

Since it was successful, they actually made a sequel with Sethi returns as Mowgli. Im pretty sure they're gonna followed the book where he meets his Grey brother and confronting against a jungle hunter name Buldeo. We'll find out about it. Meanwhile, there's gotta be another The jungle Book movie that was directed by Andy Serkis (aka Gollum and Supreme Leader Snoke.) Im pretty curious about it next year.

Number 2: Captain America Civil War

Though to be fair, Doctor Strange is also a good movie, but its not good enough than Civil War for my list.

Anyway, this one easily better than Batman V Superman and its easily one of my fav film of Marvel Cinematic Universe along with Iron Man and The Avengers.

This movie was based on the book with a same name and it takes place takes place somewhere after Age of Ultron. The Avengers is once again fight the bad guys, but they went too far that not only kill a bad guy, because damaging the citizens around the world. This result that United Nation is preparing The Sokovia Accords and controlling the team for from the power. Tony Stark (aka Iron Man) admitted that the creation has cause a lot of problem that he'll join the authority and Steven Rogers defends his team for saving the world. This resulting The Avengers going down of hill for the arguments for protection of the world and of course, the groups are splitting in half for confrontation between heroes and the authority.

The story is pretty interesting it followed the book for having our heroes fighting each other. I love it.

The production is pretty cool for the costume designs, the action and the backgrounds. It looks amazing that it feels like in the comic, but in live action film.

The characters are always likable. and not to mention, the heroes can also be a bad guy like Iron Man. And no, i haven't seen some other MCU for introducing some characters like Falcon, War Machine, Scarlet Witch or even Vision. Im not saying i don't like them, i like them as well. The acting is pretty good and fun for watching, since they did a good performance. Yes, im looking for you, Robert Downey Jr (Although some say he's about to retire his role, but im not sure, he's got few more films for his role like Spiderman Homecoming and even Infinity War

But the reason why its not on number 1, its because they introduce their characters too soon for their upcoming films like Spiderman and even Black Panther. Which Peter Parker will gets his own movie in this year (2017) and T'Challa gets his film in 2018.

Aw well, hope Spiderman will be better for the third attempt, but i also can't wait to see Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Thor: Ragnarok. Lets find out which one will be great.

Well, it may not be the best film i've ever seen in 2016, its more specifically a best live-action film of 2016 that i watched.

And now, my number one film of the year 2016 goes to...

Number 1: Zootopia

Out of all the films that came out in 2016, this one easily to be one of the best animated film and also the best film i've ever watched.

Though the story is not bad, i find it pretty interesting. Its likely an underdog about Judy Hopps who's dreamed to be a first bunny cop in Zootopia, which she was in the first act, but forced to be in parking duty by Chief Bogo. Unless the movie gets interesting about some animal citizens who turned into a savage for...  Well, i won't explaining more about the story for spoiler.
Well ok, il tell a little bit of spoiler, which i want to tell my small issue. My issue is that the ending has been done before, which it has a similar final act that the good guy happened to be a bad guy who behind it. Its been done before like Frozen and Wreck-It Ralph.  If they're doing the same thing, it will become a cliche.

But what it makes this movie is so great, its the animation, it has a beautiful and creative background (Since its a fictional City of zoo animals.), colorful city, the characters are impressive designs for how they feel like real life animals like the size, similar portray and other stuff and the animation is nicely work for their moves and the funny gags.

The characters is are fun and likable to watch, with Judy Hopps as a brave cop, Nick Wilde as a con artist of comedic, Chief Bogo as a big officer, Gazelle as a beautiful pop-star and more. The other characters are quiet interesting and a perfect fit for the portrayal like animals (Well, for like 90%.).

The movie also has a good message of discrimination and bigotry. I mean, at least Zootopia has good knowledge message unlike what we have in USA. (Thanks a lot, Donald Dump. And no wonder why im in Canada.)

Either way, im very surprised that Disney studio has done plenty of good films in 2010-era with execution, creative story, fun characters, good songs and a beautiful and colorful animation. No offense Pixar, i still love you guys with Inside-out and Finding Dory... ^^;

Ever since Disney made a great film like Zootopia, it definitely deserve to my number 1 best film of the year 2016.

Whew, thank goodness im done talking about 2016, we all know that it was a bad year of deaths, politics and other stuff. So now we're in 2017 and hopefully it will be a good year if something has done right.

So, my new years resolution will once again, saving my money. But my goal is to studying my chores for my future apartment and maybe get a car since im 21. What about yours? What is your new years resolution?

Aside from the question, if you have your honorable mention of the film isn't in my list, your opinion or any suggestions, let me know at the comments bellow.

Thanks for reading, and im Anthony, signing out.
